My journey to becoming a physical therapist was born from my life as an athlete. From playing semi-pro soccer in Lebanon at 15 to competing at the Division 1 level, I learned firsthand how frustrating it is when pain or injury holds you back. This experience drove me to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston's MGH Institute of Health Professions, so I could understand the root cause of physical limitations and help others regain control of their health. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to move with confidence and live without pain.

This is a no-obligation, 15-minute call for us to discuss your pain, history, and what you hope to achieve. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions and see if my approach is the right fit for you.
Once we decide to move forward, you’ll book your first official session. This in-depth evaluation is where I'll assess your movement and get to the root cause of your issue. You can choose the convenience of a virtual session or a hands-on, in-person visit.
Following your evaluation, I will design a step-by-step, personalized treatment program. This is your custom roadmap to recovery, built specifically around your body, your lifestyle, and your performance goals.
We'll start working through your plan with dedicated, one-on-one sessions. Every session is 100% focused on you, using targeted exercises and/or manual therapy to reduce your pain, improve your function, and build your strength.
Your recovery doesn't stop when our session ends. As an optional service, I provide ongoing support via calls or text to answer your questions and provide guidance between our sessions, ensuring you always feel confident and on track.

This is a relaxed, 15-minute conversation for us to get to know each other. You'll have a chance to share what you've been experiencing and what your goals are. I'll listen, ask some questions, and explain my approach. There is no sales pressure and no obligation, it's simply our opportunity to see if we're a good fit to work together.
No. California is a "Direct Access" state, which means you can seek physical therapy without a physician's referral. This allows us to get started on your recovery sooner. If at any point I determine your condition requires a medical doctor's attention, I will refer you to the appropriate provider.
